Fill This Empty Vessel

Fill This Empty Vessel

@lynna & Jim Woolsey/Rick Lang

V1

I came from the dust beneath your feet

In your image you created me

Lovingly designed and turned with skill

I am here by your will

V2

I am the clay that’s been set in fire

To serve your purpose, your desire

The Masters vision comes to life

Perfect, pleasing in your eyes

Chorus

Lord  you are the potter, I am the clay

Mold me with your loving hands, strong in every way

Let your love fall from heaven to the earth below

Fill this empty vessel 'til it overflows

V3

We are all made from the earth,

And to the earth we will return

Forged by trouble, broken by trials

Here but for a little while
