Royalties and Sales
You maintain 100% of all traditional royalties for the content you upload to the Website. Buydemotracks.com will retain 50% of all sales made on the Website for the content you upload.
Song Listing
The songs you upload to the Website will remain listed on the site until:
- You request that the song be removed.
- An artist purchases a First Option hold or lease on the song.
By uploading a song to the Website, you acknowledge and agree that it may remain listed on the site until one of the above conditions is met.
No Guarantees
While buydemotracks.com will make every effort to promote and make your song available to potential artists, we cannot guarantee that your song will be picked up by an artist. Any such decisions are entirely at the discretion of the artist. However, we do provide new opportunities for you to potentially earn financial rewards from your song through our sales and royalty system.
Termination
Buydemotracks.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website at any time for any reason, without notice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Buydemotracks.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Website.
