It’s Christmas Everywhere

It's Christmas Everywhere

                                     @Rick Lang

Way up in the mountains, to the valleys down below

You see the signs of Christmas everywhere you go

Candles in the windowsill, wreaths hung on the door

Snowmen in the front yards, who could ask for more

....who could ask for more

Chorus

In every little country town, in every city square

Love, peace and joy abounds

It's Christmas everywhere

....it's Christmas everywhere

Christmas shoppers on the go, walk from place to place

A few last minute presents, to give out Christmas Day

Strands of colored Christmas lights red, blue and green

Pretty homemade ornaments hanging from the tree

Children with their eyes aglow laying in their beds

Visions of sugar plumbs dancing in their heads

Santa's got his red suit on, reindeer set to go

Land on every rooftop, leaving footprints in the snow

Christmas spirits in the air, everything feels right

Carolers are in the streets, singing silent night

Lets join in and celebrate all around the world

Every man and woman, every boy and girl

Houses made of gingerbread, frosted window panes

Mistletoe, big red bows, colored candy canes

Underneath the Christmas tree a wooden manger scene

There to remind us what Christmas really means
