Go Spread The News
Lyrics
Go Spread The News
@Rick Lang/Ali Shumate
V1
Way back when in Bethlehem, our world forever changed
Rumor spread far and wide, when the Savior came
Herod tried to hunt Him down, jealous of His fame
But Jesus lives forever, praise be His name
Chorus
Go spread the news, tell everyone
Mary delivered Gods only Son
Word of His Birth brought peace on earth
No time to lose, go spread the news
V2
In the now were living in, when it's Christmas time
He is why we celebrate so Holy and Devine
Lift your voice, sing His praise, let the church bells chime
Jesus is the greatest gift to all mankind
