Jim Grubbs
Jim learned the value of telling great stories at an early age. The youngest son of a depression-era farming family, Jim took note of his parents' many tales of survival, faith, and hardship. Those stories have developed into songs that connect the present with the past in inspiring ways. A frequent collaborator with veteran songwriter Rick Lang, Jim continues to hone his craft while performing with his own bluegrass band The Grassifieds.
